Caring Individuals, Unbridled Drive to Represent Our Interests, and Extraordinary Expertise are a handful of the terms I would use to share our perspective of this astonishing group of professionals. In our view, the success of our case depended upon a Team that were unafraid of a complex and convoluted situation leading to significant damages that had severely turned our lives upside down. To be successful, the Team that would have to heavily invest time and resources to dig through the nitty-gritty details with the very best medical personnel in order to assemble the basis for our case that was anything but simple. Strong leadership within the Team was essential, relentless pursuit of the facts, and non-stop caring for our Family from start to finish. Schackow and Mercadente, P.A. delivered success because of the strength and dedication of their Team. We are eternally grateful for their time, the expertise, and strength of "caring" they demonstrated without hesitation. Lynn, Jerry, and Brian Schackow worked together in a seamless manner to represent our interests and deliver a highly successful outcome. I know they were supported by a team that worked like Bulldogs behind the scenes to collect and document the information that led to our Team's success.
