My wife was rear ended while standing still in traffic and sustained serious injury to her neck. The other party's insurance company tried to take her to the cleaners in so many ways, (disgusting). But Lynn Shackow and her dad were able to get us a reasonable settlement after much haggling back and forth with the other party's insurance company. We thank God for them, they were of great help to us. As far as our overall experience with auto insurance companies, let's just say, everything negative you've ever heard about them is probably true. We hope to never have to deal with them again, but if we do we will definitely have Shackow & Mercadante, P.A. on our side to fight for us.
